Single Origin Vietnam

Pheva chocolate is made from Vietnamese cocoa beans, cultivated in the region of Ben Tre, in South Vietnam. These single-origin, single variety Trinitario cocoa beans are delicately ground with whole vanilla beans from Madagascar, and enriched with natural cocoa butter. Those handmade chocolates are produced locally in the same country from which the cocoa beans originate, with a hint of French “know-how”. To create an even more unforgettable chocolate experience, Pheva invites you to travel through Vietnamese delicacies, from its extraordinary perfumed black pepper from Phu Quoc Island, roughly crushed, to the famous Sesame & Peanut mix, with a pinch of salt, traditionally served with sticky rice.
